Please find some important information regarding the upcoming Parent/Guardian Teacher Interviews, which will take place on the afternoon and evening of Thursday, October 29th. There will be two sessions:
2:00 pm to 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Instructions for online scheduling:
- Registration for Parents/Guardians to sign-up for conferences will start on Wednesday, October 7th @9:00 am and will close on Thursday, October 22nd at 3:00 pm.
- Please book early as time slots will fill up quickly.
- You may log on to the website ahead of time to set up your account.
- NOTE: Please do not attempt to sign up prior to Wednesday, October 7th, as the system will not be available until that time.

- Click the Create New Account button
- Enter your name, email address, phone number, and choose a password.
- Click Continue
To Change/Reset your Password and Schedule your appointments, please see the attached “Parent Guide”.
Please note the following:
- All parent-teacher interviews will be conducted via virtual video conferencing
- Interviews will be slotted for 10 minutes, although teachers will meet for approximately 7 minutes in length.
- It may not be possible for you to meet with every teacher. Please choose in order of preference the teacher(s) you wish to see.
- Most teachers are available for interviews, however, unavoidable absences might occur or availability may be restricted.
